The Next Time You Feel Stressed.


The next time you feel stressed. just take a
step back, take a deep breath and smile.

Remember who you are and what you are about.

You are never given anything that you can't handle.
Be strong, be flexible, trust in yourself and hold
your head up high.

Always remember to keep moving forwards.

I feel like I'm swimming up stream in "Treacle" at the moment but, I have faith things will get better for myself and others. It's just never instant. Just try to be positive. Through the "Treacle" onwards and upwards.
