Craving sugar and carbohydrates.

When you are constantly craving sugar and carbohydrates, you know that you have a sugar addiction. In that case, In order to get rid of the sugar inside your body, you will have to follow a detoxification treatment.

Lack of energy and fatigue

Another sign of a sugar addiction is constantly feeling tired, without there being a specific reason for it. fatigue

Feet and skin problems.

Excessive sugar consumption can cause eczema, rosacea or acne. That is because sugar can cause inflammation in the body. Removing sugar from your diet may help you solve this problem. According to Dr. S. Green, a podiatrist from New York, the main culprit for Plantar fasciitis is sugar. Plantar fasciitis is a condition that causes pain in the heels and feet. Fatigue and dark circles under the eyes can also be caused by excessive sugar consumption.

First I knew Plantar fasciitis was caused by too much sugar I was told it was caused by the way you walk and too much walking on hard surfaces and part of arthritis . My blood sugar levels are ok I recently had a blood test.

I don't think there is anyone who eats more sugar than I do and I have none of these symptoms, Maybe it's just me. I have always Loved Sugar my whole life, I am now 64 years old and I still have none of these symptoms. Guess I'm just lucky ?

Hi i just wanted to tell you that this is true for me anyway. I've never ever had skin problems or acne. Not even as a teen. But now I've been eating nothing but food with a high amount of sugar plus ungodly amounts of ice cream for past few months and my face stays broken out with acne and my skin is horrible. Oh and I've gained 57lbs.

As a child i would use a spoon and eat sugar by itself, remember being a small child climbing up onto kitchen worktops just to get to the sugar, I'm 40yrs old and have no health problems, i think once all these "medical experts" need to realise every person, every body and every individual is different

I have epilepsy. Up until 5 years ago, I had several more seizures than I have been having starting 5 years ago. One big reason for that, is because I stopped eating nearly as much sugar as back then.
