They will love with a passion, can be very emotional and by their nature are hard to forget. They are some of the best at pretending to be happy during their hard times and will try to please others before themselves. They are amongst the strongest and most genuine people you will ever meet.

One of the best feelings in the world is when you finally discover just how much you are valued and appreciated, especially when someone else has made you feel that you are worthless.

Take Charge of your happiness.

Tonight, before you go to sleep, think of something that makes you smile. There is always something, no matter how bad your day may have been. You will sleep better, you will feel better once you wake and you will face your new day with a positive mind. Take charge of your happiness.

Letting go of the emotional baggage

Letting go of the baggage we carry with us, whether emotional, physical or mental, is absolutely necessary so we can move forward with our lives. Let it go!

Do good because it makes you feel good.

You should never do good deeds for others because you want to be rewarded for it. You should do good deeds for others because it makes you feel good to give and it's the right thing to do.

Show me how much you care.

Don't come to my funeral and show everyone there that you loved me and cared about me. Show me now how much you care and how much I mean to you, whilst I'm still alive.

To my beautiful child. No matter what age you may be, I will hold you tight, support you, guide you, teach you, hug you, protect you and love you with all my heart and soul. Since the day you were born and until I draw my last breath, I will be there for you, no matter what. I love you.

The things I'd like to see.

I often hear people saying what they would like to have in life, well here are a few of the things that I would like. I would like those who are feeling ill to feel better. I would like every child to have someone who loves and cares for them. I would like those people who struggle every day to have a change of fortune and I would like to see more people showing care and compassion towards others less fortunate. A sadness filled me up inside, Emotions that I could not hide.
Tears, they came, sadness too, All my emotions, just for you,
