Im Still Here.

Just because you cannot see me,
does not mean I am not there.
Just because I am in heaven,
does not mean I do not care.

I often see you crying,
you often say my name,
I want to hold you tight,
I want to ease your pain.

It's easy for me,
for I know heaven is real,
If you knew the truth,
how much better would you feel.

One day we will meet again,
but only when the time is right,
when you step out of the darkness,
I will be standing in the light.

Although you can't be with me,
I know we're not apart,
For I will always carry you,
deep within my heart.
Although you can't be with me,
my love will never die,
your love is always guiding me,
from way up in the sky.

cause we will be together again,
not now, but in a while

When times get tough - Don't Quit.

When things go bad as they sometimes will, and the road you're walking seems all uphill. When the cash is short and the bills are high, when you want to smile but you can only cry. When things are getting you down a bit, take a break if you must but you must not quit. You will never really know how close you are, change could be so near when it seems quite far. So just keep on going, face things bit by bit, it’s when things go wrong that you must not quit.

I can't forget that fateful day.

I can't forget that fateful day, you had to leave, you went away,
A sadness filled me up inside, Emotions that I could not hide.
Tears, they came, sadness too, All my emotions, just for you,
Time will heal, so I was told, but time could never fill this hole.
Here in my heart, there is a place, You're always there, keeping me safe, It's filled with love and happy times, It's never dark, your light it shines.
In heaven now, you do reside, To watch over me, with love and pride, I know one day, we'll meet again, Until we do just know how much I miss you and you are  always with me, always!

The Goodnight Prayer.

Now I lay me down to sleep,
I pray the Lord my soul to keep.
If I should die before I wake,
I pray to God my soul to take.
If I should live for other days,
I pray the Lord to guide my ways.

Father, unto thee I pray,
Thou hast guarded me all day.
Safe I am while in thy sight,

If Roses grow in Heaven
Lord, please pick a bunch for me.
Place them in my Mother's arms
and tell her they're from me.

Tell her that I love her and miss her,
and when she turns to smile,
place a kiss upon her cheek
and hold her for awhile.

Because remembering her is easy,
I do it every day,
but there's an ache within my heart
that will never go away.
