and our new year is set to begin.

I would like to take a moment to thank all of my friends & family for such a great and memorable year. It may not have been so all of the time, however you have all given me such incredible Love, understanding, confidence, encouragement & support, and in your own way have given me moments to cherish forever. I’m looking forward to sharing 2015 with all of you.

Depression, anxiety and panic attacks are not signs of weakness. They are signs of trying to remain strong for 
far too long. 

Would you post this on your wall for just a day? Most people will because they understand and support those who have been through it, who are going through it and have even been through it themselves. 

Let's share support for mental health awareness and show those who are suffering they are not alone. 1 in 3 of us will suffer with this at some point in our lives and will need love and support.

I choose to be happy.

When you were born, you never came with instructions. I know I have made some mistakes along the way and for those I am sorry.
I am far from being the perfect parent, but I have always done the best I could. The mistakes came from a lack of understanding, not a lack of love because from the moment you were born into my life, I knew I would love you with all I am. On the day you were born I looked into your eyes and all of my dreams came true.
I love you more than you will ever know, now and for all eternity.
