6. Pain In Your Elbows.
Elbow pain speaks to your resistance to change in your life. If you have stiff arms, you may have a stiff life as well. Make compromises and shake things up a little bit.

I’m sorry but I have almost all these pains and it doesn’t fit with me being my PAIN is real and I still have a good attitude and I push myself to move when I know people that wouldn’t move at all!! I am a 100% Disabled Navy Vet- fought many physical battles and I don’t like to see the ‘generalization in this post.. I’m just saying you can suffer your pain and NOT have the results you suggest. ✌️���� That all that if you have great Health - that you keep it. Mine I battle and I will always be a grateful happy person through my pain.

DeleteI don't think I'm egotistical, but my knees hurt. I might carry a bit of a grudge at times, but nothing like the neck pain I deal with. My finances, on the other hand, are in serious flux, yet my lower back is fine.
