A Letter from Heaven.

When tomorrow starts without me, and I'm not here to see,
If the sun should rise and find your eyes, filled with tears for me.

I wish so much you wouldn't cry,the way you did today,
while thinking of the many things we didn't get to say.

I know how much you love me as much as I love you,
and each time you think of me, I know you'll miss me too.

When tomorrow starts without me, don't think we're far apart
for every time you think of me, I'm right there in your heart.

A Letter from Heaven, Emotional and meaningful ♥

From the original poem written by Alena Hakala Meadows.

  1. Thank You. The Long version of this poem is titled " If tomorrow starts without me". I am grateful I have copyrighted this and that it is shared so widely.

    1. I read a poem from 2009 almost identical to this one written by David Morano. There are several more verses as well as the same by Shirley McNair.

  2. I felt it was a gift from my grandson as I have been thinking of him all week. It has been almost two years since he went to heaven and he shows how he is my guardian angel many times. Thank you- beautiful and comforting.

  5. Dad always wrote on yellow legal paper so I thought to myself this can't be from him. Dad would've thought that was funny.
