Learn more about your Dreams.

Here are some more fun facts about dreams:
Dreams can reveal our subconscious, or be completely random. We average between 3 to 7 dreams every night. We dream for up to 2 / 3 hours each night, and 90% of the dream is lost the first minute we wake up. You can’t dream and snore at the same time.

1- There are no strangers in our dreams

The people in our dreams we have met or seen sometime before, even if we don’t remember. It could be someone who didn’t make a big impact in our life, maybe the person who rang up your order or delivered a pizza. People we meet become our cast of characters that remain in our subconscious and come back in our dreams.

2- REM sleep disorder

This is the stage of sleep in which dreaming occurs, there is paralysis of the voluntary muscles, when waking from a bad dream it takes a few minutes for our muscles to respond.

3- Symbolism and Emotions

The most common emotion in dreams is anxiety. Negative emotions in dreams are more common than positive. Every dream is symbolic, even the most random ones have symbolism behind it.

4- Lucid dreams

Represent an alternate reality, you are aware that you are dreaming even though you are still asleep, the best part about these dreams you can sometimes control them.

5- Erotic dreams

These are common and can lead to orgasms in men and women.

-Men sometimes get erections during REM sleep, whether or not he is having an erotic dream

-The female body is stimulated by erotic dreams

6- Male and female dreams

-Men: dream more about strangers, violence, sexual activity, achievement, and outdoor events

-Women: slightly longer dreams that feature more characters, more nightmares, and are more likely to dream about their children, family, or household activities

7- Precognitive dreams

Dreams that give you the sensation of predicting the future, what they actually do is express our innermost hopes and fears based on subconscious information that we may or may not be repressing.

8- Violent dreams

These dreams are known for causing people to act out their dreams, sometimes with violent actions like kicks and screams. Studies show violent dreams may be an early sign of some brain disorders including Parkinson’s disease and dementia.

My sister was diagnosed 14 weeks ago after several years of being told she had "restless leg syndrome.” She has very bad toe cramps, where here foot looks like a claw and is very painful. She was also "freezes" on trying to stand from a sitting position. She speaks so quickly and "gabbles" that we are unable to decipher what she is saying. She is now very steady on her feet after we bought the Total cure herbal foundation natural herbs ,she has fallen several times before using the herbal formula;we have to give a try on natural herbal products which really work perfectly on her.
The herbal remedies helps her body to return to its normal position after using it for several weeks, we are obviously very concerned about other lives out there so please do not hesitate to contact this email address (totalcureherbalfoundation@gmail.com) to get your Parkinson disease (PD) bottles or for other diseases.

Around age 60 I noticed that my handwriting was getting smaller and I was writing faster. I also noticed a small tremor in my right hand. The doctor went over my different symptoms and he suspected I'd either had a small stroke or the beginnings of Parkinson 's disease. After finding a neurologist and some testing I was diagnosed with the beginning stages of Parkinson’s disease. That was 4 years ago. I take Sinimet four times a day to control my symptoms, which include falling, imbalance, gait problems, swallowing difficulties, and slurring of speech,December 2017 our family doctor started me on Green House Herbal Clinic Parkinson’s Disease Herbal mixture, 5 weeks into treatment I improved dramatically. At the end of the full treatment course, the disease is totally under control. No case of dementia, hallucination, weakness, muscle pain or tremors. Visit Green House Herbal Clinic official website www. greenhouseherbalclinic .com. I am strong again and able to go about daily activities.‌ This Herbal Formula is Incredible!!
