Living With An Invisible Illnesses.

It's hard to explain to someone who has no
idea of the daily struggles you face.
Feeling pain, feeling unwell, feeling awful
inside whilst looking perfectly fine on the outside.
Putting on a brave face for everyone.

Please share this on your status if you,
or someone close to you, has an invisible illness.
There are many forms - Chron's, PTSD, Anxiety,
Depression, Diabetes, Lupus, Fybromyalgia, MS,
ME, Arthritis, Cancer, Heart Disease,
Epilepsy, Autism, Alzheimers and the many
other types of invisible illness coped with daily.

Never Judge What You Don't Understand

some days you just have to get up and say im just going to do the best I can, and try to check on someone who isn't feeling up to it,sometimes just a little offer to help,or just say something positive.
